A leading contractor that specialises in a range of services, including Power, Multi-Utility Diversions, Telecommunications & more is currently looking to recruit a Yard Person. The Yard Person will be responsible for running and organising the yard, control of materials stock in and out, keeping yard clean and tidy.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organise the yard and stock in/out
- Maintain a clean and tidy yard
Requirements
- CPCS Plant Operative Health and Safety test
- CSCS Operative Health and Safety test
- First Aid (Not essential)
- Telescopic handler competence certification and experience in use of a telescopic handler
- Computer literacy for spreadsheets and correspondence related to materials received and issued to project sites, emails, etc.
- Good English communication with crews and others on a daily basis
