We are a boutique business who work exclusively with private equity-backed software businesses globally, placing C-suite and functional leadership across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC. Client demand is growing with a fantastic amount of inbound new and repeat business, so we're looking to add to our team. This isn't a numbers game. It's retained, relationship-driven, high-impact search.
The Role
You'll own end-to-end delivery of senior mandates, build and manage your own client relationships, and play an active role in growing the business. You'll be trusted to run independently with the support of an experienced, high-performing and genuinely collaborative team.
What we're looking for:
- 3–7+ years' high-end permanent recruitment experience
- Strong research and market mapping skills - everything starts here
- Proven ability to win and manage client relationships
- A network in PE-backed SaaS or an adjacent sector
- Self-starter mentality - comfortable in a lean, remote-first environment
- Coachable, commercially sharp, and motivated by long-term value over short-term wins
