Capital Finance are quickly becoming a large brokerage and already have a very large mortgage and protection team. We are however looking to expand our specialist finance arm and are looking for self-employed brokers to come on board with a focus on specialist property finance.
This is a self-employed, remote role for a Specialist Property Finance Broker. The role involves assisting clients with property finance needs, sourcing tailored mortgage and finance solutions, and providing expert advice for bridging, development, commercial, second charges, buy to let and even residential and protection should you so wish.
You will liaise directly with clients, analyse financial situations, collaborate with lenders, and manage the entire finance process from start to finish. Building strong relationships with clients and financial institutions will be key to successfully securing the best financial solutions for clients' property goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with property finance needs and source tailored mortgage and finance solutions.
- Provide expert advice on bridging, development, commercial, second charges, buy to let and residential financing, if applicable.
- Liaise directly with clients, analyse financial situations, and collaborate with lenders.
- Manage the end-to-end finance process from initial inquiry to final settlement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and financial institutions to secure optimal solutions.
- Leads can be provided; a client bank supports the case.
