The Legal Intern will support multiple members of our in‑house legal team across a variety of legal activities. This is a hands‑on role offering direct exposure to the legal workings of a global alternative asset manager – spanning fund formation, investment transactions, and ongoing fund management.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Support members of the in‑house legal team on a broad range of legal activities across fund formation, transactions, and portfolio management.
  • Assist with the review, drafting, and organization of legal documents and fund‑related materials.
  • Conduct legal research to support the team on regulatory, structural, and transactional matters.
  • Help maintain and organize legal files, precedent libraries, and documentation repositories.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including investment, compliance, and finance on cross‑functional legal workstreams.
  • Use AI tools, including large language models, to assist with legal research, document summarization, and first‑pass review of fund documentation, under appropriate supervision.

Education & Qualifications
