Capital Dynamics is seeking a senior data/analytics professional to lead the new Performance Management function within Product Development & Solutions. The role sits at the intersection of investment, sales, legal, compliance, and responsible investment and will own end-to-end performance frameworks for all funds.
You will build models, dashboards and reporting tools, embed milestones across products, and partner with Finance, IR and Product Development to enable LP reporting and fundraising.
