Marketing & Communications:
The Marketing & Communications team at Capital Dynamics works with an extended network of partners around the world. The team oversees the global branding, public relations/media, internal and external communications, digital/social media presence, client events, webinars and conferences as well as thought leadership and industry recognition initiatives both at the corporate- and product-levels. Whilst international in scope, the team takes a localized approach to address the sophisticated needs of investors in the regions in which Capital Dynamics operates.
Role Purpose:
Capital Dynamics is looking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented junior professional to support our Marketing & Communications team across a wide range of initiatives. In this diverse role, you’ll help shape how our company presents itself by working on everything from polished corporate materials to high-impact client events.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Design and format presentations, templates, and other corporate or product materials, ensuring everything aligns with brand guidelines and supports company-wide needs.
- Oversee the use and upkeep of internal and external branding templates, making sure teams consistently use the most up-to-date approved designs.
- Support branding campaigns by coordinating advertising assets, promotional giveaways, and other marketing materials that keep our brand top-of-mind.
- Support the planning and delivery of our Annual Investor Meetings by managing invitations, coordinating logistics, and compiling event materials.
- Assist in organizing conferences and targeted client events, maintaining yearly tracking spreadsheets, managing guest lists, overseeing on-the-ground logistics, and preparing materials.
- Coordinate webinar registrations and work hand-in-hand with Sales and Client Relations teams to deliver professional, well-run virtual events.
- Support internal and external communications across departments (including HR, IT, and Operations Management etc.), helping ensure messages are clear, consistent, and aligned.
- Keep our website fresh and relevant by updating and maintaining content, ensuring it accurately reflects who we are and what we offer.
- Manage the translation of marketing and corporate materials into multiple languages, collaborating closely with MarComms colleagues and other internal teams.
- Prepare and coordinate submissions for industry awards, including gathering content, managing deadlines, and steering internal reviews - helping us gain recognition for the work we’re proud of.
- Process invoices and prepare supporting documentation and data for the finance team to help ensure timely payments and smooth operations.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably within private equity, asset management or another financial services organisation.
- Strong design skills and proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office programs, specifically PowerPoint and Word, but also Outlook and Excel.
- A sharp eye for design and visual storytelling, with solid skills in PowerPoint and a strong sense of how to create clean, on-brand presentations and materials.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and channels.
- Confident working with website content management systems (such as WordPress or similar) to keep pages up-to-date and engaging.
- Excellent administrative skills - highly organized, efficient at managing documentation, tracking details, and supporting processes like invoice handling.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, balancing competing deadlines, and maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating events, webinars, or handling logistics for meetings.
- Must be fluent in English and display superior writing skills.
- Additional language skills, preferably German, Italian, French, Spanish is highly desirable.
