As a Payments Integration Manager, you will be responsible for managing integrations and optimizing the payment systems that support our business operations. You will lead the integrations and manage relationships with Payment service providers from an operational perspective to ensure a smooth and secure payment process for both our customers and internal teams. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product, finance and operations teams (among others) streamline payment processes by enabling new payments methods, improving approval rates, resolving issues and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Payment Solutions and Payment
- Optimisation teams to identify opportunities for improvement in the payment process
- Supporting the product and development teams with evaluating the testing of new PSPs, ensuring all stakeholders are prepared for the launch into production
- Acting as a point of contact between capital.com and the payment provider to resolve any issues and ensure that integrations are completed in a timely manner
- Conduct research and analysis to identify gaps in payment opportunities and how these gaps can be filled
Requirements
- Strong communication skills for liaising between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Previous experience working in with a Fintech
- Experience dealing with payment providers and understanding local payment methods
- Previous experience with analysing data through excel
- Attention to details and ability to multitask is essential
- Proficiency in project management (via jira)
