Responsibilities

  • Plan and publish content for our social channels (Instagram, Linked In), including the day-to-day content calendar and community management.
  • Work closely with the design, content and compliance teams on content creation for marketing campaigns and external events visuals, keeping everything on-brand.
  • Help maintain and refresh our presence on different review platforms, coordinating with the wider team on response cadence.
  • Manage photo shooting and video filmings for use across channels.
  • Track basic content performance (reach, engagement, follower growth) and suggest adjustments based on what is working.
  • Participate in launch and maintenance of engagement initiatives and special projects.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, social media, or design, or equivalent hands-on project experience (internships and freelance work count).
  • Working knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Practical experience managing or contributing to social media channels (scheduling, basic analytics, community engagement).
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with brand guidelines.
  • Clear written communication in English; additional languages relevant to our office locations are a plus.
  • Ability to manage several small projects at once and meet content deadlines.

Nice to have

  • AI fluency.
  • Basic photo or video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, Lightroom).
