As Senior Video Producer at Capital.com, you will take a leading role in the creative and operational delivery of high-quality video content across brand and performance campaigns. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of video production - from strategic concepting to execution - across a range of content formats including hero brand films, educational explainers, digital ads, and documentary-style pieces. This senior role demands a proven creative lead with an expert grasp of video storytelling, technical production, and team management. You will act as both creative and executional lead, guiding internal and external production partners to deliver outstanding content that meets Capital.com's creative, compliance, and business standards across global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Translate briefs into compelling scripts, storyboards, and visual treatments.
  • Shape the visual and narrative identity of our video outputs to drive engagement, clarity, and differentiation.
  • Hands on execution of marketing assets.
  • Ensure all creative outputs adhere to Capital.com's brand, legal, and compliance guidelines while remaining innovative and market-relevant.
  • Production Ownership
    • Oversee the full production pipeline: pre-production, shoot, and post-production.
    • Plan and direct shoots, managing production logistics including casting, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance.
