Capital City College is looking for a skilled Student Mentor Manager to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About the Role

This role is offered on a full-time, fixed term basis. Your contract will end 31st August 2028.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, coordination and delivery of the college's peer mentoring model, including recruitment, selection, training, deployment and support of student mentors.
  • Develop targeted mentoring interventions that support transition, early engagement, attendance, retention and achievement, with a particular focus on Maths and English.
  • Ensure mentoring provision is embedded within curriculum delivery and aligned with tutorial, safeguarding and student services processes.

You will join a friendly, professional team committed to delivering high-quality support across the college. Working together, you'll help create a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued. You will be joining the Learner Experience Directorate and the dynamic Employability, Enterprise and Careers Team of 20 colleagues who are committed to excellence. The team has a strong collaborative culture, sharing best practice and innovative approaches.

  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Experience of coordinating or managing mentoring, learner support or employer, employability, and enrichment provision.
