Music Production and Performance Lecturer

Capital City College is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Lecturer in Music Production and Performance to join our dynamic London-based team.

About the Role

As a Lecturer you will play a vital role in supporting our learners to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. You will deliver high-quality teaching, contribute to curriculum development, and support students through both academic and pastoral guidance.

This is a permanent, full‑time position (35 hours per week) teaching Level 1, 2 and 3 in Music Production and Performance.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment in line with UAL requirements.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and innovation.
  • Provide academic and pastoral support to students.
  • Participate in departmental and college activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in Music Production and Performance.
  • Strong knowledge of UAL in Music Production and Performance.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and classroom management skills.
  • A commitment to inclusive, learner‑focused teaching.
  • A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one).
