As a Curriculum Manager for A Level Humanities, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward our strategic objectives and ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and learner experience across our Humanities curriculum, which includes A levels in History, Politics, Law, Religious Studies, Philosophy, Economics, Business, and future V‑Levels. This role is offered on a full‑time, permanent basis.

Lead on the development and delivery of outstanding educational provision.

  • Work collaboratively with staff across departments to implement innovative and inclusive practices that support learners and colleagues to thrive.
  • Line‑manage teaching and support staff, driving performance and accountability.
  • Design, plan, and deliver high‑quality, learner‑focused curriculum programmes.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of compliance, funding regulations, and quality assurance processes.
  • Use data effectively to improve learner attendance, retention, and progression.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost‑effective, high‑impact delivery.
  • Prepare for and contribute to internal and external audits, inspections (e.g., Ofsted), and quality reviews.
