About The Role

We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable individuals to join as an hourly paid support in carpentry. Whether you are an experienced educator, a working professional seeking a new challenge, or someone with specialist industry knowledge, there is a place for you at CCC.

About The Team

About You

  • Proven experience in carpentry
  • Hold an A1 assessor’s award (level 3) and a TAQWA level 4 IQA qualification to carry out IQA duties across sites and ideally have experience in setting up the End Point assessments for the carpentry apprentices
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
  • A commitment to inclusive, learner‑focused teaching
  • A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one)
  • You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential
