Capital City College is looking for a skilled ALS Administrator to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About The Role: This role is offered on a part-time, term-time only permanent basis, working 40 weeks per year. You will support the ALS Admin Team Leaders in ensuring all administrative systems and processes are followed and up to date to facilitate accurate regular reporting within and outside of the ALS department, ensuring student support and financial targets are met.

  • Confidence working with systems and processes, including experience in Office IT applications, particularly Excel.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Experience in a similar administrative role is desirable.
