Capital City College is looking for a skilled HR Officer to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.
About the Role: This role is offered as a MAT cover on a full-time, fixed term basis, the contract will end on 30th of September 2027. This role is full-time, working 35 hours per week. Providing high-quality administrative and transactional support to managers and staff across the College, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of day-to-day HR operations. Deliver accurate and timely HR guidance on routine matters in alignment with College policies, procedures, and best practices.

About You: We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You should bring:
- Educated to degree level or a level 5 CIPD Qualification or equivalent experience
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Level 2 in English and Maths
- Customer service background, ideally in an educational setting or other public sector environment
- Proven ability to manage varied workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Works collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders, while also being self-motivated and able to work independently
- Adaptable and resilient in the face of change or pressure, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
