Capital City College is looking for a skilled Head of Safeguarding & Wellbeing to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.
This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. Capital City College is seeking an exceptional Head of Safeguarding & Wellbeing to lead our safeguarding, mental health, and wellbeing provision. This role ensures every learner is safe, supported, and able to thrive. Acting as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will lead a dedicated team and drive a strategic vision for learner support across our diverse college community. We are looking for an inspiring leader with extensive experience supporting children, young people, or vulnerable adults, and a strong track record in managing complex safeguarding cases.
You will join a friendly, professional team committed to delivering high-quality support across the college. Working together, you'll help create a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued. You will be joining a dynamic and supportive team of colleagues who are committed to excellence.
