Capital City College Enterprise (CCCE) is seeking a dedicated Operational Facilities Officer for a permanent role to deliver facilities management across CCC campuses in Greater London. You will manage tasks via CAFM, maintain plant and building services, diagnose faults, and lead fault rectification.
Applicants should be working toward or hold a relevant estates or facilities qualification; IOSH/NEBOSH is preferred; BMS knowledge is advantageous, and experience in hard and soft FM is expected.
