As a Lecturer in English Literature, you will play a vital role in supporting our learners to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. You will deliver high-quality teaching, contribute to curriculum development, and support students through both academic and pastoral guidance. This role is offered on a part-time (0.8 FTE), permanent basis.

We are looking for passionate and skilled lecturers to teach A level in English Literature. You will deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in line with the requirements of OCR. We're looking for a passionate and committed individual with:

  • Proven experience in English Literature
  • Strong knowledge of English Literature in A levels
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
  • A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching
  • A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one)

You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
