Capital City College Enterprise (CCCE) is seeking a permanent Operational Facilities Officer to join our facilities team and deliver reliable building services across college campuses.
You will manage CAFM tasks, maintain plant and equipment, diagnose faults, and lead fault rectification of building services. A professional qualification in estates/facilities and IOHS/NEBOSH certification are preferred, with BMS familiarity advantageous.
