This role is offered on a term‑time only, 36 weeks per year fixed‑term basis. The contract ends on 2nd March 2028 and the position is 35 hours per week.
Key Duties
- Act as a key person to update, support and extend key children’s learning journeys via observations, assessments and activity plans.
- Carry out all key person responsibilities in building relationships with children and their families.
- Work within all Capital City College nursery child protection and safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring children are kept safe.

- Hold a minimum of Grade A–C in English and Maths.
