About The Role

This role is offered on a term-time only (37 weeks per year), part time (27 hours per week) permanent basis.

To plan, organise, deliver and evaluate activities and learning experiences for children within the Early Years Foundation Stage in partnership with parents.

To observe and support children’s all‑round development, enabling each child to reach their full potential.

To be a key person for a group of children, to support and extend their learning within the EYFS.

To work within all Capital City College nurseries Child Protection and Safeguarding policies and procedures, to ensure children are kept safe.

To work in partnership with parents and value and respect the differing cultures, ethnic backgrounds and household structures of the families and the children within our nurseries.

About You

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You should bring:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • A minimum of a level 3 childcare qualification, which is equivalent to an NVQ Level 3 childcare qualification

Most importantly, you’ll be ready to make a positive contribution to our college community.
