Capital City College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Youth Engagement Lecturer to join our dynamic London-based team.

About the Role: Youth Engagement Lecturer

As a Lecturer in Youth Engagement, you will support learners to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. You will deliver high-quality teaching, contribute to curriculum development, and support students through both academic and pastoral guidance.

This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities

Teach Level 1 and Level 2 courses in Youth Engagement in line with NCFE. Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment. Inspire and support students to achieve their goals and progress within their chosen field. Promote inclusive, learner‑focused teaching.

About You

  • Proven experience and strong knowledge of young people who are NEETs.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
  • A commitment to inclusive, learner‑focused teaching.
  • A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one).

You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
