Are you ready to make an impact at one of London's leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Student Services Administrator to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About the Role

This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

  • Be the first point of contact for safeguarding and wellbeing queries from parents, guardians, social services, police, and external agencies.
  • Monitor learners' activity through digital safeguarding tools to identify risks such as online exploitation, cyberbullying, and inappropriate content.
  • Support the Safeguarding Team in investigating and responding to online safeguarding incidents.
