Capital City College Enterprise (CCCE), a subsidiary of Capital City College, is currently seeking qualified Operational Facilities Officer for a permanent position. Join our team to deliver top-notch facilities management services to our college campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, prioritise, and manage tasks via the CAFM system, ensuring accurate records, updates, and completion notes.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring compliance with professional standards and safe systems of work.
- Diagnose faults on plant, equipment, and building systems, undertaking repairs or identifying appropriate solutions.
- Take a lead role in fault finding and rectification of building services and plant issues.
Requirements:
- Working towards or have a professional qualification within an estates or facilities related subject area.
- IOSH/NEBOSH certification preferred.
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in estates and facilities management, including knowledge of both hard and soft FM services.
