Are you ready to make an impact at one of London's leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Netball Academy Coach to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About the Role

This role is offered on an hourly paid position. This is your chance to join the London's largest further education college group and ensure the growth of the Netball Academy by leading and coordinating on all aspects of recruitment, trials and retention of learners who join the programme.

About You

We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You should bring:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • You will have experience of direct co-ordination of training schedules and managing a sport team.
  • A relevant coaching qualification in the sport at Level 2 National equivalent is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
