About the Role
This role is offered on a full-time, term-time only, permanent basis, working 40 weeks per year. The Wellbeing Mental Health Adviser will be responsible for promoting and supporting the mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing of learners. This role involves delivering wellbeing initiatives, offering individual support, and creating an environment that fosters positive mental health, resilience, and personal development. You will work closely with learners, staff, and external agencies to ensure learners' holistic needs are met, enabling them to succeed both academically and personally.
