About the Role
- Prepare high‑quality dishes under the supervision of senior chefs
- Work as part of a professional kitchen brigade across a range of sections
- Support busy service periods, including lunchtime and evening service
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
- Contribute to menu preparation, prep work, and stock rotation
- Provide a warm, welcoming experience for customers
What We’re Looking For
- Students currently enrolled in a Hospitality or Culinary Arts programme
- A genuine interest in professional cookery and kitchen operations
- Good time‑keeping, communication, and teamwork skills
