Make a Meaningful Impact Behind the Scenes at Capital City College
Are you ready to make an impact at one of London’s leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled School Liaison Officer to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.
About the Role
This role is offered as on a full-time, term-time only, fixed term basis, the contract will end on 30 th of July 2027. This role is term time only, working 40 weeks per year.
The School Liaison Officers work with the Marketing team and curriculum teams across the college to implement the School Liaison Strategy and support the achievement of student recruitment targets.
The role requires regular travel and flexibility to work across all CCC campuses and at external venues, including schools, community locations and other partner sites, as required.

About You
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You should bring:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for feeder schools, school liaison contacts and other relevant stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information, responding to requests to attend events, coordinating internal resources as required.
- Actively initiate and develop relationships with partner schools and other key stakeholders, building a network of contacts both internal and external to the Group to enhance stakeholder satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the college to identify potential school liaison engagement opportunities and lead on the development and execution of school liaison strategies.
- Arrange, coordinate and carry out school liaison activities, including delivering presentations at assemblies, attending events, providing information and IAG about the colleges and career options.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of school liaison activities, tracking and recording engagements with schools, maintaining frequent, meaningful contact.
- Deliver a professional, personalised, friendly and consistent, customer-focused information and IAG service to prospective students and/or their key influencers
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the colleges offer, growth areas and campaigns, and provide accurate information to stakeholders, prospective students and their key influencers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitors’ activities, and stakeholder needs.
