Capital City College is looking for a skilled Media and Film Technician to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.
About the Role
This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis. We are looking to appoint a Media and Film Technician to support the A Level Media Studies and Film Studies programmes for 16–18-year-olds. The role will be based in our Sixth Form Centre and primarily in the English, Media, Film and MFL department. The work is varied and interesting and requires a person with technical and creative ability. The ability to communicate well is essential, as is a desire to work closely with young people (16–19).

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated independent who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You should bring:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Confidence working with systems and processes, including Adobe Software (Premiere Pro and Photoshop), Website builders (Wix) and Camera, Lighting and Sound Equipment.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Experience of working with 16-19 year old students essential
