About the Role:
As a Curriculum Manager for Health, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward our strategic objectives and ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and learner experience across our Health curriculum and services.
- Lead on the development and delivery of outstanding educational provision.
- Work collaboratively with staff across departments to implement innovative and inclusive practices that support both learners and colleagues to thrive.
- Line manage teaching and support staff, driving performance and accountability.
- Design, plan, and deliver high-quality, learner-focused curriculum programmes.
- Deliver and manage T-Level provision.
- Understand compliance, funding regulations, and quality assurance processes.
- Use data effectively to improve learner attendance, retention, and progression.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective and high-impact delivery.
- Prepare for and contribute to internal and external audits, inspections (e.g. Ofsted), and quality reviews.
This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.
About the Team:
You will be joining a high-performing and forward-thinking leadership team, working closely with colleagues across CCC to deliver on our shared goals. This role will involve line management of up to ten members of staff, supporting their development and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As part of our senior leadership structure, you will contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the college and ensuring its delivery through effective leadership, innovation, and operational oversight.
About You:

- Proven success in leading teams or departments within an educational or comparable setting.
- Deep understanding of curriculum design, quality assurance, and student achievement.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and people management skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective partnerships internally and externally.
- A commitment to creating inclusive and empowering learning environments.
- A proactive, strategic mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and learner success.
- A relevant teaching qualification and leadership training (or willingness to obtain these) with experience in Further Education.
- Experience of working, or managing, in the Healthcare sector is advantageous.
