The Business Development Manager – International Partnerships & Sales will lead the development of international partnerships and commercial opportunities across priority global markets, supporting Capital City College’s international strategy and income growth ambitions. The role will focus on identifying, securing, and managing new business opportunities with overseas partners, including education providers, agents, employers, and government organisations. Operating within a centrally coordinated Business Development, Partnerships and International function, the role will drive international pipeline development, partnership growth, and income generation, ensuring opportunities are translated into sustainable delivery and impact.

This role is offered on a full‑time, permanent basis. It is a key position within the Business Development, Partnerships and International team, responsible for the international strategy and generation of commercial partnerships.

You will join a friendly, professional team committed to delivering high‑quality support across the college. The team has a strong collaborative culture, sharing best practice and innovative approaches.
