Capital City College is looking for a skilled ALS Administrator to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About the Role

This role is offered on a part-time, term-time only permanent basis. The position works 40 weeks per year and focuses on ensuring all administrative systems and processes are followed and kept up to date. It facilitates accurate regular reporting within the ALS department such as MIS and SMT, and supports student support and financial targets.

About You

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Confidence working with systems and processes, including experience in Office IT applications, including using Excel
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Experience in a similar administrative role is desirable
