Capital City College is seeking a Kings Trust Assistant Team Leader to support the 12-week programme for 16-25 year olds, driving recruitment, planning, delivery and evaluation. The role supports pastoral care and collaborates with the Team Leader to ensure high-quality learner experiences at one of London’s leading FE providers.
The role is fixed-term, full-time (35 hours/week) ending 31 July 2027, with DBS checks and a strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusivity.
