As a Head of Safeguarding & Wellbeing, you will lead the implementation of safeguarding policies, promote a culture of vigilance, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and organisational policies. You will play a vital role in fostering an inclusive environment that prioritises learners' physical, mental, and emotional well-being, empowering them to succeed academically and personally.

You will:

  • Lead, manage, and develop the Safeguarding & Wellbeing teams to deliver outstanding services that meet the needs of a diverse learner population.
  • Oversee and manage the Safeguarding & Wellbeing provision, ensuring it is accessible, responsive, and effective in meeting the needs of a diverse student body.
  • Work with Service and Curriculum Heads to develop an effective Student induction programme, including safeguarding and wellbeing related training modules for learners.
