About the Role
This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for the delivery of a broad range of learner enrichment provision to college learners. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall wellbeing, engagement and success of students within the college. With a specific focus on securing and delivering a large volume of enrichment opportunities, this role involves networking, relationship building, and coordinating initiatives to develop learner skills, wellbeing, career readiness and their exploration of interests – all of which lead to excellent progression opportunities. You will deliver the college’s enrichment activities directly with learners and in collaboration with curriculum departments and colleagues. Additionally, you will have responsibility for working with external agencies, ensuring learner development needs are fully catered for.

Working together, you’ll help create a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued. You will be joining a dynamic and supportive team of 12 colleagues who are committed to excellence. The team has a strong collaborative culture, sharing best practice and innovative approaches.
