As a Curriculum Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward our strategic objectives and ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and learner experience across our A level curriculum and services. This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. You will lead A levels, deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment, and inspire and support students to achieve their goals and progress within their chosen field.

You will join a high-performing leadership team, working with colleagues across CCC to deliver shared goals. This role will involve line management of 12 staff, supporting their development and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the college with effective leadership, innovation, and operational oversight.

We’re looking for an inspiring and experienced leader with:

  • Proven success in leading teams or departments within an educational or comparable setting
  • Deep understanding of curriculum design, quality assurance, and student achievement
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and people management skills
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective partnerships internally and externally
  • A commitment to creating inclusive and empowering learning environments
  • A proactive, strategic mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and learner success
  • A relevant teaching qualification and leadership training (or willingness to obtain these) with experience in A level
