As a Curriculum Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward our strategic objectives and ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and learner experience across our A Level Fine Art, Textile, Critical and Contextual Studies, Graphics, Photography, Music, Drama & Theatre curriculum and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of outstanding educational provision.
- Work collaboratively with staff across departments to implement innovative and inclusive practices that support both learners and colleagues to thrive.
- Demonstrate a successful track record of line‑managing, teaching and supporting staff, driving performance and accountability.
- Line manage 10 staff, teachers and technicians, supporting their development and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
