Are you ready to make an impact at one of London’s leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Academy Manager to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.
About the Role
This role is offered on a full time, fixed term basis. the contract will end on 31/07/2028.
The Academy Manager will lead the strategic development, implementation and operational management of the Mayor's Stewarding Academy, ensuring the successful delivery of all contractual, educational and employment outcomes funded through the Greater London Authority (GLA) and Premier League.

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You should bring:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Clear and professional communication skills
- An ability to develop positive working relationships with individuals at all levels (internal and external) to promote the college.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
Experience of direct co-ordination or management of curriculum delivery,including the effective development, deployment and leadership of staff.
- Experience in a similar role
