As a Vocational Coach/Tutor/Assessor, you will:
- Deliver engaging and practical training sessions for apprenticeships and qualifications in Facilities Management.
- Support and guide learners to develop both technical skills and industry knowledge.
- Assess coursework and provide constructive feedback to help students progress.
- Develop dynamic schemes of learning tailored to a range of learning styles.
- Ensure the curriculum remains up to date with industry standards and employer needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience through innovative teaching methods.
- Conduct workplace assessments and support learners in preparing for their End-Point Assessments (EPA).
- Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Facilities Management.
- Possess an assessor qualification (A1/D32, CAVA, or equivalent).
- Teaching experience is desirable, but we welcome industry professionals looking to transition into education - training is available!
- Experience in delivering and assessing apprenticeships, including End-Point Assessments (EPA).
- A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
