Enrichment Officer

About the Role

Capital City College is seeking a skilled Enrichment Officer to support and drive key operational functions that enhance the learner experience. The role involves planning, delivering, and coordinating enrichment activities that promote student wellbeing, career readiness, and skill development. You will work closely with curriculum departments, external agencies, and the student community to ensure a wide range of high‑quality enrichment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enrichment programmes tailored to student interests and career pathways.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners to secure a diverse portfolio of enrichment opportunities.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams to integrate enrichment activities with formal learning outcomes.
• Monitor and report on student engagement, wellbeing, and progression outcomes.
• Support students in identifying and accessing resources that support their personal and professional development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
• Desirable experience in a similar support‑based educational role.
• Ready to contribute positively to a diverse and inclusive college community.
