- Required qualifications and experience
- Proven experience in carpentry
- Hold an A1 assessor's award (level 3) and a TAQWA level 4 IQA qualification to carry out IQA duties across sites
- Ideally have experience in setting up the End Point assessments for the carpentry apprentices.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
- A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching
- A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one)
