Registered Nurse

Hillcrest Manor Nursing Home is a 42 bedded care home, set in a beautiful rural setting situated within the Shropshire Hills AONB. We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our experienced nursing team.

The successful UK applicant must have a valid and up to date nursing qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD).

Responsibilities:

• Possess the ability to work with healthcare professionals
• Deal with emergencies and pre-planned treatment of patients
• Ensure individualised care plans are in place and are regularly reviewed and evaluated in accordance with the NMC guidelines and Company policy
• Manage own workload
• Administer drugs and medication
• Apply surgical dressings and give other forms of treatment
• Liaise with Home Manager to ensure effective communication for the benefit of the patients and their families
