Permanent Full-Time Mobile Parking Attendant in London, North London areas.
Due to continued growth, Capital Car Park Control is seeking a reliable and hardworking Mobile Parking Attendant to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role involves patrolling various sites across Croydon, Sutton, Surrey areas and ensuring compliance with parking regulations at our managed properties.
About the Role:
- As a Mobile Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for enforcing parking requirements by issuing Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) to vehicles that do not comply with the displayed terms and conditions.
- You will play a key role in maintaining order and accessibility within our car parks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mobile patrols efficiently and punctually across assigned properties.
- Quickly learn and apply the specific Terms and Conditions for each site.
- Ensure vehicles are parked in accordance with displayed parking regulations.
- Issue PCNs to vehicles violating parking rules.
- Visit car parks regularly to maintain a visible presence.
- Provide courteous, professional, and customer-focused service.
- Work independently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Must hold a full driving license.
- Own vehicle, scooter, or motorbike with valid insurance is essential.
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused demeanour.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to work varied shifts.
Working Hours & Location:
- Patrol sites across South East London.
- Scheduled working days: Monday to Friday.
- Shift hours: 3x shifts to choose from: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm or 11:00 pm - 3:00 am or 3:00 am - 11:00 am (flexibility required as rota may vary between 6:00 AM and midnight).
- Full-time, 40 hours per week (5 days out of 7).
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting pay: £12.71 per hour (aligned with current London Living Wage as of January 2026), increasing to £13.00 per hour after 3 month trial period.
- Bonus scheme.
- Performance bonus.
- Additional fuel allowance provided.
