Capital Car Park Control Ltd provide car park management for a number of businesses and residential premises, and we are currently looking to recruit a full-time mobile Parking Attendant to join our team. Your role as a Parking Attendant is to: Issue parking charges to vehicles contravening the regulations of the car park Use company equipment to carry out tasks. Carry out foot patrols on car parks in line with Health & Safety and policies applied by our trade association, the British Parking Association. Travel between sites (using own vehicle) Assist motorists with any general queries relating to the car park Advise motorists on correct appeals procedure Review company equipment in car parks and providing feedback to head office What you will receive: Competitive rates of pay & holiday entitlement Expense payments for mobile patrol roles Full uniform and equipment including body cam Continuous training to be a fully competent parking attendant Requirements: Access to own vehicle and Full UK Drivers Licence Flexible to assist with local coverage during periods of holiday and sickness Rota: Full time 40 Hours, Mon to Fri – 7am – 3pm including 1hr unpaid break. Please note that on occasion working days/times may need to be amended to meet the needs of the business. Salary: The starting salary will be £11.50 per hour plus a Performance Related Pay (PRP) payment. An equivalent salary of £11.50 – £14.50 p/h is based on average earnings in this region inclusive of PRP. Ideal candidates should be able to demonstrate experience with conflict management resolutions and show high standards of customer service.
