Credit Controller – 1-Year Fixed Term Contract

Location: Harrow

Up to £35,000

We’re supporting a well established school in Northwood in their search for a Credit Controller to join their finance team on a 12 month FTC.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the credit control process, chasing outstanding fees via phone, email, and written communication.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, guardians, and internal teams.
• Monitor aged debt, elevate issues where necessary, and ensure accurate financial records.
• Support month end processes and reporting.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold safeguarding and confidentiality requirements.

About You

• Experience in credit control or a similar finance role (school or education sector experience beneficial but not essential).
• Strong organisational abilities with good attention to detail.
