Accidents happen - how customers are treated afterward makes all the difference. We’re looking for an organized, outgoing, and customer-focused Body Shop Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our collision centre.

What You’ll Do

  • Greeting body shop customers warmly, in person and over the phone
  • Managing customer drop-offs and pick-ups with accuracy and care
  • Scheduling body shop and detail appointments
  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the right team members
  • Keeping digital and paper files organized and up to date (and finding better ways to do it!)
  • Providing customers with regular repair updates and coordinating vehicle pick-ups
  • Assisting with customer concerns and helping resolve issues professionally
  • Processing customer payments
  • Supporting Collision Repair Advisors with daily tasks
  • Pitching in with other administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of customer service or office experience (automotive or collision centre experience is a bonus, not a must)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A natural ability to build trust and connect with people
  • A self-starter mindset — you stay calm and organized in a busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
  • Problem-solving skills and a desire to improve processes
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
