As a Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are cleaned, polished, and prepared to the highest standards for display and delivery to customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the team meets deadlines and quality standards to exceed our customer's expectations!
This position requires a consistent Tuesday to Saturday availability and the occasional evening until 8:00pm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Clean and detail vehicles according to dealership standards, including washing, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming interiors
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and identify any areas that require further attention
- Ensure all detailing equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked
- Assist with vehicle inventory management, including organizing and maintaining the appearance of the lot
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in automotive detailing is preferred
- Availability required: Tuesday to Saturday (schedule is subject to change from time to time depending on business needs)
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Attention to detail and ability to exercise good judgment
