Overview
We are looking for a Warehouse/Logistics Coordinator to work onsite at our Hemel Hempstead office. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the movement of IT equipment and associated materials. This includes verifying warranty calls and managing the complete lifecycle of warranty parts, encompassing supply, return, and credit processes.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office primarily Excel and familiarity with logistics systems.
- Knowledge of IT hardware and peripherals.
- Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable
The position requires effective communication with both internal teams and external customers to diagnose reported issues and provide the most appropriate solutions. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential to ensure calls are assessed and resolved promptly and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Order Management: Process and track orders for IT hardware and peripherals, ensuring accurate documentation and timely fulfilment.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Liaise with resource schedulers, couriers, and field teams to ensure smooth delivery of equipment and services.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, manage internal stock requests, and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment when required.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and returns in line with company processes.
- Customer Support: Act as a point of contact for queries related to logistics and delivery, providing clear and timely updates.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the logistics function.
- Shipping: Support the dispatch of customer hardware through the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Microsoft O365: Advanced proficiency in Excel and experienced in utilising a range of enterprise systems, including SAP.
