This role plays an important part in reviewing and supporting the evolution of training as new capability is introduced. Working closely with a range of stakeholders, you’ll help assess how current training operates today, identify where changes may be needed, and support the smooth integration of new training solutions with minimal disruption to delivery.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the review and integration of training materials, learning tools and media, ensuring they align with agreed requirements and are ready for use.
- Assisting with document reviews and attending stakeholder meetings to capture feedback, actions and decisions.
- Supporting acceptance and readiness activities for new training content and tools, helping ensure they meet agreed standards before being introduced.
- Monitoring progress and highlighting risks, issues or dependencies where appropriate, escalating through the correct channels.
- Helping assess the impact of new training solutions on existing resources, capacity and operational activity.
- Supporting understanding of current training practices to help inform the design and development of future training approaches.
- Liaising with internal and external partners (such as training or content providers) to help ensure a coherent, practical training solution.
- Providing coordination and support during transition activities, helping minimise disruption and supporting a smooth move into live delivery.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of training design and delivery methodologies within defence, ideally within the Royal Navy.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into effective training solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills including experience working with multiple partners.
- Critical thinking, problem solving and detail oriented.
- Ability to manage your own time & work without regular guidance.
- Prepared to travel when required.
