Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm

Duration of role: Fixed Term Contract till 30th September 2025
Capita Pensions Solutions is currently looking to recruit Trainee Project Administrators to join our business on a 3 month fixed term contract until 30th September 2025. You will work Monday to Friday, with a shift pattern of 9am to 5pm (option of between 8am – 6pm once fully trained), for a salary of £24,043 per annum (pro-rata)! There’s no evening or weekend work! If you’re the type of person who enjoys attention to detail tasks and completing administration duties, then this opportunity could be for you.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working towards overall goals of the team in achieving excellent customer service in line with procedural and Service Level requirements.
  • Being available to answer member queries within the agreed SLA targets across multiple communication channels (including telephone).
  • Adhering to Quality Management Systems and complying with regulations and policies from Capita and relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Taking ownership of personal and performance development. Undertaking all relevant training courses, including Mandatory e-learning, to improve and retain pensions and internal systems knowledge and capability.
  • Identifying and reporting risks, complaints, and breaches immediately / within deadlines, to line management and/or the Operational Risk & Compliance Department.

What we’re looking for (ALL ESSENTIAL):

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Excellent numeracy skills, with a GCSE Grade C/4 or above in both Maths and English.
  • Great accuracy, attention to detail and quality management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including written communication skills in a variety of communication channels.
  • Excellent data inputting skills, with the ability to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines.
  • Computer literate, with the ability to use MS Office applications.
  • Strong team working ethic and ability to coach and guide other employees.
